Parker Weil

Parker Weil is co-Head of Global Investment Banking, which manages the firm’s relationships with public companies, private companies, and private equity sponsors across all industries. Previously he was co-head of the Global Financial Sponsors Group at TD Cowen, managing relationships with private equity firms and family offices.  He has over 30 years of experience providing M&A advice and capital raising services to companies in the manufacturing, energy & power, and business services industries.

Mr. Weil currently serves on the board of directors of 180 Degree Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: “TURN”) and the Ridgewood Country Club. He has also served on the board of the Ridgewood Lacrosse Association, Maroons Soccer Club, Kellogg Finance Network, Clean Energy Fuels Corporation (NASDAQ: “CLNE”), and Ridgewood Education Foundation.

Mr. Weil holds a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
